Pie Warmer Helps with Fundraising

The St Albans Hall (on behalf of Dederang CFA and Dederang Mt Beauty Football Netball Club) received a grant from the Foundation to buy two four-tray bain maries and a food/pie warmer.

Not only has this helped feed the community at training nights and game days but it has also improved the group’s fundraising opportunities, which will make them more sustainable.

“Dederang Mt Beauty Football Netball Club volunteers prepare 80 – 100, two course meals on training nights and then at home games on alternate Saturdays, the club canteen prepares and provides for 700 – 1000 players/families/supporters.

St Albans hall will have the chance to use this equipment at our annual Christmas get together, catering for approx 100 people.

Dederang CFA will also be a main user of this equipment for both fundraising and emergency situations.”
